1. Physical Products
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless there was a defect caused by shipping. If merchandise is exchanged, we will cover shipping costs to ship it back to you.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

2. Digital Products
All digital memberships, subscriptions, and digital content are final sale and non-refundable.
Due to the instant access nature of digital memberships and the immediate delivery of digital content, we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations for any digital products or services, including but not limited to:
- Monthly membership subscriptions
- Annual membership subscriptions
- Digital guides and content
- Online courses or tutorials
- Downloadable content
- Access to member-only areas
- Digital coaching or consultation services
Why No Refunds on Digital Memberships?
Digital memberships provide immediate access to exclusive content, resources, and member benefits. Once access is granted and content is delivered, it cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense. This policy is necessary to:
- Protect our intellectual property and exclusive content
- Prevent abuse of our digital delivery system
- Maintain fair pricing for all members
- Ensure the sustainability of our membership program
Membership Cancellation
While we do not provide refunds for digital memberships:
- Annual memberships: You may cancel to prevent auto-renewal, but no prorated refund will be provided for unused time
- Access continues: You will retain access to member benefits through the end of your current paid period, even after cancellation

Technical Issues and Account Access
If you experience technical difficulties accessing your membership content due to issues on our end, we will:
- Work promptly to resolve technical problems
- Extend your membership period to compensate for any significant downtime caused by our technical issues
- Provide alternative access methods when possible

Billing Disputes and Unauthorized Charges
If you believe you have been charged in error or notice unauthorized charges:

We will investigate billing discrepancies and resolve legitimate billing errors. Unauthorized charges will be refunded once verified. You must report billing issues within 60 days of the charge.
Free Trial and Promotional Periods
Free trials must be cancelled before the trial period ends to avoid charges. Promotional pricing is clearly disclosed before purchase. No refunds are provided if you forget to cancel before a free trial converts to paid membership.

Before purchasing any digital membership, please:
