Utah Stream Access Coalition

The Utah Stream Access Coalition has the mission “To promote and assist in all aspects of securing and maintaining public access to, and lawful use of, Utah’s public waters and streambeds.” Through legal and political means, the goals of USAC are to restore the right of public access to Utah’s navigable waterways, per the Utah constitution.
